Hand-made leather shackle cuffs with real hand-forged iron buckles and D-rings.

We have a local blacksmith make this hardware for us.

They are hand-forged so no two are exactly alike!

The heavy iron of the hardware gives these shackles a feel like none other.

Top quality heavy 7-8oz factory-dyed latigo leather shackle buckled with a single 5-6oz leather strap. We don't use little pieces of leather - the buckling strap runs all the way around, is 1 1/2 inches wide, and secured by a hand-forged buckle. In the center is a 1/4" thick ‘D’-ring forged from square steel iron that's heated then twisted for a unique look you'll not likely find many places.

The main shackle body is 3" wide, the inside is lined with top-quality berber fleece, and the sides are rolled with a supple garment leather.

The lining and edging are stitched using an industrial sewing machine with heavy nylon thread. The rivets are solid brass with a nickle finish so they'll never rust! And they are capped - not flared - for extra strength, safety, and durability.
