Leather Hex Armor This leather armor was a custom piece - the silver shoulder embellishments are no longer available. I still do a similar armor but only has buckled straps across the top. 4-5oz base leather with 10oz oil-tan leather hexagonal plates riveted at all six corners. Belted and buckled in front and back with rolled leather trim edges. Half-inch high-density foam padding inside with a quilted leather lining make it fully SCA heavy fighter approved!
